What does the Leadership Impact report deliver to leaders?
The Leadership Impact report is designed to be a practical and concise summary of the leader’s natural style. The report contains the following sections:
Part I – Understanding the impact of your leadership style: Keeping pressure positive within your team
This section of the report deals with the impact that the leader has on others in the space around him/her. It explores the positive aspects of strengths, but also how strengths can sometimes become risks if they are overused, as well as revealing general risks inherent in the leader’s natural style.
Part II – Your personal resilience: Keeping pressure positive for yourself
This section looks at the leader’s likely strengths and possible development needs in terms of his/her natural responses to pressure. It encourages the leader to flex his/her natural style to increase their own resilience levels and, in turn, those of their team.
Workbook
This separate document provides high impact development advice which is designed so that learning becomes effectively embedded after reading the report. The focus here is on two core aspects of personal resilience and effectiveness: Positive thinking and Mastering time.
