Introducing Perspectives

Perspectives is Robertson Cooper’s 360° feedback software package. It enables employees to gain feedback from managers, peers, subordinates and customers on the key competencies and skills required for successful performance in their role.

The process is completely confidential and the data is collected quickly and accurately online or via the company intranet. Individuals can then review their feedback and use the system to plan specific development activities in conjunction with their manager.

Perspectives is ideal for supporting a 360° annual appraisal process. The system is widely used by public and private sector organisations including BT, Bank of Ireland, The Home Office, Ladbrokes, Alstom and Racal.

The DTI have published their Best Practice Guidelines for 360° feedback. These guidelines include case studies of three organisations that have successfully implemented 360° feedback software. Two of these organisations, The Home Office and Ladbrokes, implemented 360° feedback systems using customised versions of Perspectives.
