What is the output from the Vector process?

When the leader has completed Leadership Impact and the workgroup has completed ASSET, our software matches the leader with his/her workgroup and automatically collates the information to produce a Vector report.

The report uses the six requirements of an optimised workplace to present the comparison between the environment that the leader is likely to create because of his/her natural style and that which the workgroup is actually experiencing.
