ASSET Strategic Solutions Workshop
One of the goals of the ASSET Solutions Programme is to put well-being on the strategic
agenda for the organisation. Therefore, the results from an ASSET survey need to be interpreted
from a strategic perspective.
We typically run a half-day workshop with the Board or top management team to feedback and interpret the ASSET survey results. The purpose of the session is to help the top team to understand the strategic implications of the survey results and to involve them in the planning of the next steps.
The workshop addresses questions such as:
- What are the underlying organisational issues revealed by ASSET (e.g. change management concerns,
work planning and distribution implications, resource and communication issues)?
- How do the ASSET results link to other people and performance measures and indicators (e.g.
sickness absence, customer satisfaction data) and how can they inform other initiatives and work
programmes?
- What are the leadership implications of the ASSET results?
- What strategic, financial and operational implications has the survey uncovered and how should
these be addressed?
- How should the results be communicated and used across the organisation?
It is recommended that this workshop be run as soon as ASSET survey results are available and
it will always be facilitated by a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.
