Post-ASSET Leadership Development
The results of our ASSET surveys often highlight leadership style as a barrier to well-being and sustainable high performance in client organisations. Leaders define the reality of working life for employees because they create the climate in which they work. It was for this reason that we developed the Leadership Impact tool to help leaders become more aware of the workplace environment they create for others.
Leadership Impact has been developed to complement ASSET and can be used in an approach that enables the relationship between leadership style and staff perceptions of well-being to be understood and improved. We have also developed a new process called Vector, which brings together ASSET and Leadership Impact results to show the true impact that the leader has on his/her workgroup.
