This week the release of a BBC report, ‘Respect at Work’, raised serious issues of ‘institutionalised’ bullying.

It isn’t a new theme and the National Union of Journalists have already held a strike this year declaring bullying to be a major problem, with a quality drive at the BBC being used as a proverbial stick to beat staff with.
