Leaders often have big personalities and strong views, whilst being in positions of power at the top of the business. So the way your senior staff behave strongly influences the culture of the organisation - for better or for worse.

As well as defining the culture, the leadership group and the performance of its members is key to the success of the enterprise. By focusing leadership development on the '6 Essentials' of workplace wellbeing we reconnect leaders with the impact that their natural style has on the organisation. It takes a structured intervention to raise awareness at this level and to achieve this we use our own Leadership Impact approach. It includes a tool that has been specifically designed to map leadership behaviour onto the '6 Essentials' of workplace wellbeing.
