Hear from Ben Moss, MD of Robertson Cooper and Good Day at Work Content Director, as he shares his thoughts on the agenda for this year’s Good Day at Work Conversation.

I’m really excited about this year’s Good Day at Work Conversation. The theme of personalising mental health and wellbeing couldn’t be more relevant as employers battle with getting the balance right between personalised support and crossing the line into creating dependency.

We’ve taken time to put together a line-up that will get you thinking about your own position on personalisation …and what you need to do next as the tech and HR process options multiply.

We’ve listened to your feedback and taken a slightly different approach this year by designing a day where delegates will be together in one group more often and by giving the big sessions more time for questions and interaction.

So we’ve focused on 3 top quality keynotes, Adam Kay, Dr. Pippa Grange and Bruce Daisley, and two 1 hour panels crammed with experts and practitioners that will enable delegates to really get to the heart of some of the most important issues in the wellbeing space.

But that’s not to say we won’t be retaining a focus on the smaller practitioner sessions – we hear how important they are to our delegates every year – so there will be plenty of opportunities to find out what others are doing and how they’re doing it.

As usual, experience and challenging mindset is the key at Good Day at Work Conversation – we remain true to our core values: something for you, something for your business.

Look forward to seeing you there in September!
