Robertson Cooper: A brief introduction

Founded in 1999 by University of Manchester Professors Sir Cary Cooper and Ivan Robertson, the team use their occupational psychology experience to create more ‘good days at work’ for employees within global companies such as Network Rail, Mace and United Learning.

The concept of creating a ‘Good Day At Work’ expanded into an annual conference in 2013, where influential figures share insights to help guests improve their own organisational wellbeing.

What is the Good Day at Work Conversation?

The Good Day at Work Conversation is a truly extraordinary event designed to challenge, inspire and create dialogue around breakthrough health & wellbeing ideas, thinking and innovations.

On the day, delegates are immersed in an environment designed to provoke their approach to wellbeing, enhance the capability within their organisation, and change mindsets, ultimately equipping them to deliver performance-based wellbeing initiatives.
