He holds a BSc in Occupational Health, an MSc in Health Ergonomics, and a NEBOSH Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environment. As an Associate at Robertson Cooper, Robert brings his expertise to support our clients in developing strategic approaches to integrating Health & Safety with Health & Wellbeing.

With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years, Robert has successfully managed Occupational Health and Safety teams across various sectors, including pharmaceutical, food retail, and energy. Notably, he served as the leader of the Employee Health team in the UK for GlaxoSmithKline, where he also conducted EHS audits worldwide.

Robert’s qualifications extend beyond his industry experience. He is a qualified Personal Development Coach and has facilitated numerous leadership workshops globally, focusing on health and wellbeing and personal energy management. He is a strong advocate for continuous improvement and positive cultural change, championing the integration of health, safety, and wellbeing models.
