Shaun is an analyst with over five years’ experience and a real passion for data! He plays a key part in supporting our clients to have more Good Days at Work by applying his extensive ability to read and analyse their data – whilst creating a compelling story.

All measures used at Robertson Cooper are benchmarked against our comparison data, which enables our clients to see how their organisations fare against the general working population – Shaun is responsible for keeping the benchmark data up-to-date, ensuring any comparison is relative to the current climate.

Shaun is also responsible for driving the business’ analytics offering – working closely with the tech team to ensure we are always at the forefront of the market.
