Our own analysis shows the fundamental need for employers to support and build employee skills around mental health and wellbeing, as well as their ability to cope with the fluid nature of work post-Covid-19. This session is designed to close that gap and tackle the core issues that have arisen from these unexpected changes to working life and to help your people play their part in ensuring everyone thrives in the ‘new normal’.
