Organisational Accreditation

Our Good Day at Work Accreditation recognises organisations at Silver, Gold or Platinum level based on the results of a Good Day at Work Assessment. It reflects the maturity, consistency and impact of your wellbeing approach across leadership, management and everyday working life.

Accreditation provides a clear benchmark of where you are now and a structured route for continued improvement, helping you demonstrate progress, prioritise action and strengthen performance over time.

Pathway Achievement Awards

Pathway Achievement Awards recognise progress in specific focus areas such as Psychological Safety, Stress, Inclusion and Leadership Development. Awards are earned by completing a Pathway and evidencing meaningful change in the conditions that support wellbeing and performance.

They demonstrate targeted action, reinforce strategic priorities and provide a clear way to show where your organisation is building capability and driving improvement as part of a wider wellbeing strategy.

Individual Awards

Sustained improvement depends on capability at every level. Leaders, managers and employees who complete development modules within a Pathway receive a Good Day at Work Achievement Award, recognising their role in supporting healthier ways of working.

Feature in the Good Day at Work Insights Report

Each year, the Good Day at Work Insights Report highlights organisations that are demonstrating measurable progress in wellbeing, culture and performance.

Organisations achieving Accreditation or showing meaningful improvement through Wellbeing Pathways may be invited to feature, sharing evidence-based insights into what has changed and what has made the difference. These case examples contribute to sector learning and help shape understanding of effective wellbeing practice.
