Pathways that turn wellbeing insight into lasting change

Psychologist-designed programmes that enable organisations to address their most pressing wellbeing challenges - and strengthen performance where it matters most.

Insight to Action – designed and delivered by experts

Our Pathways are designed to turn insight into sustained improvement in wellbeing and performance. They are built on decades of psychological research and delivered by experienced business psychologists and practitioners who understand how change actually happens in organisations.

Whether informed by assessment data or existing organisational insight, Pathways provide a structured, evidence-based route from understanding to action – supporting leaders, managers and employees to build healthier, more productive ways of working.

Four modules – aligned change at every level

Each Pathway includes four modules tailored to the groups that shape everyday working life – Organisation and People teams, Leaders, Managers and Employees. We recommend all four for greatest impact, but you can choose one module – or any combination – to target support where it’s needed. You don’t need an assessment to start – we can use existing data or a structured insight review.

Why a modular Pathway approach works

Most wellbeing programmes fail for one reason – they create activity, not change. Our Pathways build the conditions for Good Days at Work through structured support over 3-4 months, helping leaders, managers and employees put new behaviours into practice and keep them going.
The impact of getting wellbeing right is measurable. Organisations with the highest levels of wellbeing:
  • Are 52% more productive
  • Are 6x less likely to lose staff
  • See around 50% lower sickness absence
  • Experience 33% lower presenteeism
Pathways work because they combine insight, practical tools and reinforcement – so momentum builds and progress is visible.

Do we need an assessment first?

No. Organisations do not need to complete an assessment before starting a Pathway.

While assessment data can strengthen targeting and prioritisation, Pathways can also be designed using existing insight, organisational priorities or known areas of challenge.

Similarly, while completing all four modules delivers the greatest impact, organisations can choose to engage with a single module where a focused improvement is required.

This flexibility allows organisations to start where it makes most sense for them – without compromising on quality or outcomes.
