Get in TouchChange is a constant in modern workplaces, but it’s also one of the biggest sources of pressure. Over 70% of employees report feeling overwhelmed by change, and less than half say it’s managed well . Supporting resilience helps employees cope better, reducing the risk of poor health and poor performance while boosting growth and adaptability.
Our Managing Change, Building Resilience Pathway provides a structured, evidence-based route to help people and organisations adapt to change with confidence. Guided by a dedicated Client Success Manager, it blends consultancy, training and practical tools across four modules, tailored to support key groups to embed wellbeing for the greatest impact: Organisation, Leadership, Managers, Employees. We recommend all four modules in any pathway, but you can choose just one, or any combination, to target support where it’s needed.
Pathways are typically delivered over 3–6 months, with tailored modules to suit client needs and lasting impact supported through regular contact, evaluation and project de-briefs.
