Our Managing Stress, Preventing Burnout Pathway provides a structured, evidence-based route to reduce pressure and support sustainable performance. Guided by a dedicated Client Success Manager and delivered by a Business Psychologist, it blends consultancy, training and practical tools across four modules, tailored to support key groups to embed wellbeing for the greatest impact: Organisation, Leadership, Managers, Employees. We recommend all four modules in any pathway, but you can choose just one, or any combination, to target support where it’s needed.

Pathways are typically delivered over 3–6 months, with tailored modules to suit client needs and lasting impact supported through regular contact, evaluation and project de-briefs.
