Address your Wellbeing Challenges

Wellbeing for High-Performing Teams

When employees are healthy and well, they perform at their best, so we use drivers of individual and organisational wellbeing to create high-performance.

Wellbeing for High-Performing Teams: The Challenge

Without a focus on wellbeing, even the most talented employees can become disengaged, unwell or at risk of leaving. You might notice productivity dipping, absence levels rising or teams struggling to maintain energy – all signs that your people’s wellbeing is holding back their performance.

Why Wellbeing Matters for High Performance

Healthy, supported employees are the foundation of high-performing teams. Organisations that prioritise wellbeing consistently outperform those that don’t, with higher productivity, reduced absence and stronger engagement.

The data is clear:

  • Employees with high wellbeing are 52% more productive than those with low wellbeing

  • They report half as much absence due to illness

  • Presenteeism reduces by a third

Our Approach to Wellbeing for High-Performing Teams

Our Wellbeing for High-Performing Teams Pathway provides a structured, evidence-based route to creating sustainable performance. Guided by a dedicated Client Success Manager, it blends consultancy, training and practical tools across four modules, tailored to support key groups to embed wellbeing for the greatest impact: Organisation, Leadership, Managers, Employees. We recommend all four modules in any pathway, but you can choose just one, or any combination, to target support where it’s needed.

Pathways are typically delivered over 3–6 months, with tailored modules to suit client needs and lasting impact supported through regular contact, evaluation and project de-briefs.
