Travis Perkins, a leading building materials merchant and retailer, employs a diverse workforce of 25,000 people across environments such as merchant yards, retail outlets, corporate offices, and road-based operations. Their challenge was to understand the unique pressures affecting the wellbeing of different employee groups. They aimed to develop a deliberate wellbeing strategy that addressed these factors and provided tailored support to enhance employee wellbeing and enable more Good Days at Work.
To create a targeted wellbeing strategy, Travis Perkins partnered with Robertson Cooper to leverage reliable data. Together, they deployed the Good Day at Work survey across the organisation, utilising Robertson Cooper’s core questionnaire to assess the impact of the working environment on employee wellbeing.
