How Do Pathways Work?

A Modular Approach – Whole of Workplace or Targeted

Each pathway has four modules tailored to support key groups and truly embed wellbeing for sustained change and greatest impact:

  • Organisation level systems and structures + people teams
  • Leadership
  • Managers
  • Employees

We recommend all four modules in any pathway, but you can choose just one, or any combination, to target support where it’s needed.  We can work with one team at a time or your whole organisation.

Tailored Delivery and Lasting Change

Typical timeline is 3-4 months to embed lasting change, but we will work with you to tailor content and delivery to suit.

We can recommend the right pathway for you based on a Good Day at Work Assessment, your own data, or you can jump straight to a pathway of your choice.
