Team Wellbeing

The purpose of our Team Wellbeing and Resilience session is to re-energise, introduce shared knowledge and equip intact teams with techniques to stay well when the pressure is, or has been, high. Creating a common language around wellbeing and working together to support one another to become resilient is a powerful way for a team to stay high performing and well.

The session uses our unique ‘pressure measurement’ tools to establish the wellbeing status in the team – what exactly is pressuring them? With this information we work with the team to give them knowledge and techniques for them to stay healthy, both as an individual and as a team.

Training delivery options

180 Minute Virtual Workshop

An interactive workshop to give more depth to the pressures the team are facing and how they might use resilience, both personal and team, to stay well despite the demands.

  • Insights into the specific pressures that are being experienced in the team using our unique Wellbeing Snapshot Group report
  • Facilitation of solutions to influence their specific team pressures as a group
  • Exploration of responsibilities for all team members – what is it that all individuals in the team can do to maintain and improve wellbeing?
  • Collaboration around a Team Charter, or similar, to establish good wellbeing habits moving forward
  • Option for Team Leader 1:1 session to explore their impact on the pressures in the team
  • Pre and post session wellbeing measurement for evaluation

Face to Face

We know that there are times when only in-person training and support will do. Face-to-face training for small groups is available for our Team Wellbeing and Resilience workshop.
