Helen Brewis

Business Psychologist

Helen has worked as a psychologist for over 15 years, across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors – working both in-house and as a consultant. Helen has extensive experience of facilitating groups to achieve behaviour change, and as worked one-to-one with individuals to improve wellbeing and achieve goals. Helen applies a wide range of techniques and approaches in her work, whether at the individual, team or organisational level to enhance employee wellbeing and performance. At Robertson Cooper, Helen works within the delivery team, managing and delivering training, measurement and wellbeing strategy projects.

She is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a Registered Psychologist with the Health Care and Professions Council. Helen is passionate about helping others to improve their wellbeing, and particularly interested in the link between psychological wellbeing and performance at work. Personally, Helen can often be found training for a triathlon, fitted in between her kids’ activities. She regularly cycle commutes to the Robertson Cooper office – which she finds the best way to start a ‘Good Day at Work’.
